2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:
- The order was canceled within the specified timeframe (24 hours).
- The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described

- For Canceled Orders: If your order is canceled within 24 hours, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.
- For Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Provide a detailed description and photographs of the issue. If your request is approved, you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

6. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, MOWASA will cover the return shipping costs.
